Motor:
- block boiled, new cam bearings, new deep freeze plugs, and honed to std bore.
- stock crank polished with std size rod and main journals.
- arp main and head studs.
- stock rods with arp studs.
- stock forged pistons .000" out of the hole with .0035" piston-wall clearance,
approximately 9.7:1 compression ratio, and stock pins.
- clevitte 77 std bearings. main clearance .0020", rods .00175".
- speedpro cromoly rings, .022" top gap, .020" second gap, .034" oil gaps.
- std volume melling oil pump.
- ford motorsport cromoly oil pump drive shaft.
- compcams custom extreme energy camshaft installed straight up

- cloyes 3 pos adj timing chain set.
- ford motorsport expanded graphite head gaskets.

Heads:
- reconditioned edelbrock performer 1.90 / 1.60 heads
- intake and exhaust ports and bowls mildly ported and gasket matched.
- chambers blended to unshroud intake valves.
- milled .018" to remove existing o-ring grooves.
- glass beaded.
- competition 3 angle valve job.
- new crane teflon valve seals.
- springs checked and shimmed .060" for the following specs:
measure hieght - 1.855" pressure @ 1.800" - 125#
installed hieght - 1.795" @ 1.250" - 305#
hieght at .536" - 1.259"
coil bind hieght - 1.150"
clearance - .109"
- piston to valve clearance: .090" intake / .110" exhaust
Induction:
- new 75mm best products mass air meter.
- new 65mm ford motorsport throttle body and egr spacer.
- new edelbrock performer efi intake.
- new 24 lb ford motorsport fuel injectors.
- new kirben adj fuel pressure regulator.
- new walbro 255 lph fuel pump.
Exhaust:
- new bbk 1 5/8" shorty headers.
